What is the exchange policy for online purchases?
*Please note that shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the purchaser.


Sansiya will exchange purchases that are unworn, unused, unwashed, untouched, undamaged, and retaining the original tags within 15 days of delivery for another size or style.

One of our customer service representatives will be happy to assist you with this process. You can contact them by email at contact@sansiya.com or by calling them at 9871130077 with the following information:

- order number

- Shipping Address

- State the reason for the exchange.

- You need to ship the product yourself. 



What is the return policy for online purchases? 

Our items are non-returnable due to hygiene/health nature of the products. Therefore, we cannot provide any refunds.

We will review the issue and get back to you within 48 business hours.
